You’re In Good Hands

If your loved one needs critical care for a serious illness, we are committed to providing the highest level of care

If your loved one is seriously ill and needs critical care, it’s natural to feel scared and overwhelmed. But you don’t have to go it alone. The care team at the Center for Critical Care will do everything possible to provide the best care to your loved one and your family.

As part of our commitment, we will provide regular updates on your loved one’s condition, plan of treatment and recovery. We will treat you and your family with respect, patience and compassion while you’re in the hospital. You may feel overwhelmed by the amount of care, medical equipment and procedures your loved one will experience, but it is necessary to provide the best critical care.

Our critical care teams include specially educated physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, case managers, nutritionists, physical and occupational therapists and pastoral care chaplains.

You are a valuable member of your loved one’s health care team. The support you provide is an important part of the healing process and is appreciated by your loved one and his caregivers. To provide the best support, you need to take care of yourself, too. Shorter visits, adequate rest and proper nutrition are just as important for you as your loved one.

If your loved one is at the Center for Critical Care and you have any questions, feel free to call us at 610-402-8967 at any time. Our nursing directors are available to speak with you if you have any questions that cannot be answered by the nurse caring for your loved one.
